A Furmint crafted in a 500-liter Kádár Hungary medium-toast barrel, marking our first "single barrel" wine. Made exclusively from free-run juice, fermented with indigenous local yeast after an overnight skin maceration, and aged for two years in its barrel.
This wine holds immense potential and is expected to evolve significantly in the bottle. To support this development, it has been sealed with a TCA-free, high-quality cork.
