A light rosé crafted from biodynamic grapes sourced from Abaújszántó, the only certified biodynamic estate in Tokaj. Created partly just to say we have a rosé, it delivers playful aromas of strawberry mousse and red currant, which also dominate its flavor profile. Ideal as a pairing for lighter paprika-spiced dishes or a festive sip alongside Christmas fish soup. It also shines as a refreshing standalone drink or as a spritzer, best served chilled at 7–8°C.
